The company had logged a net profit of Rs 202.48 crore in April-June FY26.
According to an exchange filing, total income rose to Rs 2,172.66 crore in the first quarter from Rs 2,164.5 crore in the same period a year ago.
The company declared interim dividend of Rs 60 crore.
In a statement, the company said Q1FY27 toll revenue rose 14 per cent year-on-year to Rs 733 crore.
