Gary Black of The Future Fund warned Tesla holders that a stock-funded deal may not deliver the premium many expect. He pointed to Marvell’s roughly $115 billion all-stock offer for Lumentum, which carried a 24% premium, yet Lumentum fell about 15% and Marvell lost around 26% since talks became public. A Motley Fool forecast sees SpaceX reaching about $175.25 by the end of 2027, with a bullish case near $233.
